This extension is designed for men for whom the standard cylinder (dimensions: 200 mm length, 54 mm inner diameter) is too small or short. With this extension, they can still use the erection aid system.

The Special Plus cylinder is larger and longer than the standard cylinder (blue coloured parts) included with the ACTIVE3® and MANUAL Erection Systems. This extension is designed for men for whom the standard cylinder (dimensions: 200 mm length, 54 mm inner diameter) is too small or short to support their erection. With this extension, they are able to use the erection aid system properly.

PLEASE READ: The Special Plus extension is not a standalone device and does not have a pump head and only comes with the parts in the photo above. It requires a pump head from the ACTIVE3® Erection System or the MANUAL Erection System. Which can be purchased separately to complete this set.

If you have purchased a standard device, you will need to replace the standard cylinder with the Special Plus cylinder kit. The sleeves and cone from the ACTIVE3® or MANUAL systems (Blue) are not used and will not fit this tube. Instead, the tension ring is placed directly onto the Special Plus cylinder using the included cone.
