Vagiwell® dilators are premium vaginal dilators manufactured in Germany from high quality medical grade silicone. Designed with a unique ergonomic shape, they support comfort, control, and effective progression within advanced dilation programs.

The Vagiwell® Size 6 dilator is intended for individuals who require progression beyond standard Size 5 or 5LS and is commonly used for maintenance of a neo vagina following MTF gender confirmation surgery. Due to the significant size increase from Size 5 to Size 6, careful size selection is recommended.

Vagiwell® dilators feature a hollowed flange that allows controlled insertion using a finger or thumb. Once inserted, the design allows the user to sit upright when desired, supporting vaginal length maintenance in specific use cases. The rounded distal end helps maintain vaginal shape, making it suitable for neo vaginas and post hysterectomy use.
