Smart Heating Technology
The built-in heat exchanger sits directly in the water basin, delivering rapid, even heating in under 30 minutes. Auto on/off scheduling ensures water is preheated before clinic hours and powers down overnight to save energy. Preset temperature and time settings are included for common thermoplastics, while customizable options let you create your own preferences. A built-in water level sensor automatically shuts off the unit when levels are too low, with both visual and audio alerts when heating is complete.

Advanced Dual Disinfection System
This is the first splint bath with two integrated disinfection methods for superior safety. UV-C light paired with an internal water circulation pump eliminates microbes during use, while a high-heat sanitation cycle raises the water temperature for five minutes to destroy harmful pathogens.
