MAGCELL® Vetri significantly improves general symptoms (WOMAC total score) and individual scores for pain, stiffness and daily activity in osteoarthritis (ARC criteria II and III). The therapy can be applied several times daily as a complementary treatment without side effects and may thus help to reduce in take of pain medication.

More Powerful Than Coils
Commercially available magnetic field therapy devices with coils or mats generally operate with field strengths of maximum 100 gauss (10 mT). MAGCELL uses rotating super magnets in a special arrangement on a pivoted disc controlled by microchip to produce 1,000 gauss (100 mT) from a small battery-driven device – It’s electrode-free electrotherapy in your hand.

Why Is Strength Important?
A strong flux density is necessary to generate sufficiently high and therapeutically effective flow densities in the tissue that extend into the joint structures and induce cellular regeneration. The physical effects of MAGCELL derive from the electric fields produced in living cells and tissue.
