What is a CPM Device?
Continuous Passive Motion (CPM) is a post-operative therapeutic modality that passively moves a joint through a prescribed range of motion (ROM) for an extended period of time. CPM helps maintain normal periarticular soft tissue flexibility and prevents stiffness by promoting blood circulation and reducing edema fluid around the joint and surrounding tissues.While CPM machines are most commonly used for the knee, there are also versions designed for other joints, such as the hip, shoulder, and elbow.

- Hospital, Surgeon’s name, Date of Surgery, and length of rental
- Physician or Therapist prescription ( if available)
- Method of payment (If WSIB claim, WSIB number required) Note: Remington Medical can provide quotes or equipment information to your insurance company.

Fill out CPM Intake Form
You will be sent the CPM request form or can download and fill it out before hand to speed up process!
Step 3
Arrange Shipment or Set Up Time
Come to office or your set up your CPM or we will arrange the shipment to your house or hospital.
Step 4
Treatment
Use the CPM device as prescribed by a medical professional.

Arrange Return
