This strap is used to wrap around any extremity IE: Wrist, Arm, Ankle, Leg and is to be used as connector while conducting exercises with bands or tubing.

The neoprene cuffs are comfortable and durable when performing exercise or therapy. There is a D-ring that is securely attached to the cuff for an attachment point for your bands or tubing.
